Discount Tire

I had a great first experience here. First the person who answered when I called (Tim maybe?) was very polite, professional, and informative. When I got in the store, Snow helped me out & he was kind, courteous, and helpful. He went above and beyond checking my car twice for various things like the dash symbols and the tire pressure monitor sensors which were almost all dead so I purchased those in addition to 4 new tires. I waited 4 hours, but I’m just grateful they got me in same-day as I woke up to a flat tire that morning. Definitely make an appointment for shorter wait time but overall great service and affordable pricing. All 4 new tires + TPM sensors for under $600! Not bad. 😊

Come here whenever I have a tire issue. If it’s not busy you are always in and out. I get the warranty cause it’s so convenient, and the employees are always so nice and helpful. I was not asked to post this this is a honest review. I would definitely recommend . Thank yall!

Had a short bolt penetrating my right rear Jeep tire. Buddy down the street tells me to hit Discount Tire. "They gonna take care of you. For free." "Say what? Free?! Naw, nothing is free, bro!" And... I was wrong! Young tire dudes took care of it fine, and quick. Friendly and all. At zero cost. ZERO! Absolutely amazing! 🤯 {Yo! Here in America 🇺🇲 I'm thinking we all need to be more helpful like this. Thankfully there's a cool Little Caesars nearby. The young tire dudes soon had themselves a meal. On me. #Think 🤠}

Went in to the shop today to get a slow leak checked out on one of my tires. all four of my tires are from this shop and i have never had any issues beforehand. I have a bmw , so i don’t get any major work done outside of the dealership but i needed new wipers today and that seems simple enough ,so i said why not knock out two birds with one stone. While they are servicing my vehicle the manager comes out to inform me that they cracked my windshield in the process of changing my wipers. How ? i couldn’t tell you. besides that , the behavior of the staff after the fact was completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. i think im more upset about that than the damage itself. I appreciate the manager being upfront and immediately filing a claim. But , i do not appreciate multiple members of the staff taking turns to go out and look at the damage and come back whispering and giggling , as if it is amusing to cause $1000s of dollars to damage to a paying customers vehicle (bmw has already quoted me $2000 in just parts). There is some serious retraining that needs to be done 1. if we can’t change windshield wipers without damaging half of a windshield and 2. if we can’t control ourselves

Thought I needed an alignment, went ahead and paid for it, Dominic ran diagnostic and came out to tell me it wasn’t necessary and got $90 back. They also did a quick but good job with the new tires. Hope to not need to come back for awhile but will come back here the next time my tires need work. Shout out to Dominic and Tyler for their transparency today.
